Use the product’s chart.

Ring sizing systems vary. Always compare your measurement with the chart for the exact ring and band width you are considering.

Measure a ring you already wear.

If you have a ring that fits the intended finger, measure its inner diameter in millimetres and compare it with the product chart. Measure across the centre, excluding the metal band.

Ask when you are unsure.

A jeweller can help establish your size. Wider bands and different profiles can feel different even when their labelled sizes match.
